We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Copilot Studio Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. As a consultant, you will work closely with our clients to implement, configure, and optimize Microsoft Copilot Studio to meet their business needs effectively. You will provide expert guidance, troubleshooting, and support throughout the deployment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.
- Stay up to date on the latest possibilities of Power Platform, chatbots and MS Copilot Studio
- Conduct functional workshops to gather requirements regarding chatbots and virtual assistants (powered with AI) to address the customer needs
- Translate requirements into functionalities and conversation flows, considering constraints (from customer, technology, budget...)
- Design and implement Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions tailored to client specifications.
- Configure and customize Copilot Studio environments to maximize functionality and performance.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance during all phases of implementation and deployment.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Copilot Studio configurations and integrations.
- Train client stakeholders on the effective use of Copilot Studio and its features.
- Document configurations, processes, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience implementing and configuring Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly GPT-4) in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in business solutions.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Experience with other Microsoft Azure AI services (Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning, etc.).
